I Find This Rather Strange - Post From Facebook

The following is a post I started on Facebook on April 4, 2025 at 9:59 am. The answer to the questions will be found on my next blog post and will be reposed on Facebook.

I find this rather strange. On April 1, 2025, at 11 am central time, I posted a prayer request, but not one person viewed the post, much less acknowledged that they would pray.

Another strange thing is that my family members tell me they hardly ever see my posts, and I don't see many of theirs.

And, FB is constantly sending me friend requests for people that I don't know, and there are times when I send a friend request to a person friend, that I do know, I'm blocked stating that I do not know this person

Since META (AI) has taken over the internet, FB is not as user-friendly, for me anyway, as it once was.

Am I the only one that is aware of how the worldly system is controlling Americans, and perhaps the rest of the world?

If the Holy Spirit inspired you to delete all social media to save your soul, could you do it? I know I could and may do it after tomorrow,

Sorry fellow believers as I know you may delete from your FB account. And, if you do, I understand. I feel compelled to warn you that social media has crippled common sense. It's become an addiction. Some have said to me, it is their only means of communication. Why do we rather text than talk to one another on the phone or in person? Because in-person is too personal and takes up too much time.

They find it is easier to talk to others by text, which is not talking at all. Only God knows how to talk to your spirit using His written text, His scriptures. TikTok, reels, and YouTube shorts have become an obsession (possession for some people), as they stare at their phones even in the midst of friends and family sitting by. I have been guilty of that myself.

I became acutely aware of this one Sunday afternoon when I took my family out to a Japanese restaurant. There were groups of people sitting around square cooking tables waiting for the Chef to arrive. Everyone all over the store was staring at their phone, and no one was speaking with one another. I've seen the same thing at airports.

So what is the root cause of this disease? As I read the scriptures, I've noticed the word PLEASURE appears often.
